Please note that if some informations differ between english and french, french is the correct one.

Registration for services offered by the Swiss Ski School of Les Mosses implies acceptance of the following conditions.

 

1. Speakers

All the instructors of the Swiss Ski School of Les Mosses have followed a training course validated by the canton of Vaud and hold an authorization for teaching snow sports.


2. Tariffs

The prices of the ESS des Mosses are displayed in our offices, on our website as well as on the booking confirmations.
The prices indicated include the teaching service provided by the ESS des Mosses instructors and exclude all other services (insurance, ski lift pass, equipment).

3. Payment
The amount of the reserved lessons is cashed upon reservation. The Swiss Ski School reserves the right to assign your lesson to another client if the amount of the lesson has not been paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.


You have the possibility of making the payment thanks to the various means mentioned below:

  • Online on the Booking Corner booking platform

  • Wire Transfer

  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postcard, American Expres credit card

  • Species

  • Nice present

  • Twint

 

4. Course-specific conditions

  • Group lessons take place from 4 participants. During periods of low attendance, the Swiss Ski School reserves the right to combine different levels. If there are less than 4 people, the lessons will last 1 hour.

  • The duration of the course includes travel and waiting times at the ski lifts. The instructor is not required to wait for latecomers at the start of group lessons.

  • The Swiss Ski School reserves the right to place children in lessons adapted to their level.

  • Classes take place in all weathers, weather and road conditions are in no way a cause for cancellation or postponement. No reimbursement, postponement or compensation is possible.

  • All ski and snowboard lessons start in front of the Drosera restaurant located at the foot of the ski lifts. For cross-country skiing lessons, the meeting point will be communicated to you when you make your reservation.


To make things easier for you when registering, we invite you to do so in advance. Make your registrations via the internet. It's easier ! A click…. and our instructors are at your service.

5. Cancellation of a course
Any course cancellation will be refunded if it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24h in advance, a cancellation will be refunded only due to an accident or sickness with a medical certificate.

Otherwise, the full amount will remain due.

A cancellation due to a total ski area closing, the course will be refunded.

6. Editing a course
For private and group lessons, the reservation can be modified according to availability up to 24 hours before the lesson. After this period, no changes can be made.

7. Refund
An administrative fee of CHF 5 per booking will be deducted from any refund.
The course will not be refunded or exchanged due to the absence or delay of the client at the start of the course.

8. Liability

ESS des Mosses declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. Each participant must have their own accident insurance.

9. Image rights
The client gives the ESS des Mosses the authorization to publish, exhibit or distribute the photographs and videos taken during the lessons.
This authorization is valid for any use (publications, website, etc.)
If you do not wish to give your authorization, please let us know.

10. Equipment
Helmets for children are strongly recommended.
We do not provide any material. The Swiss Ski School declines all responsibility for the reliability of the participants' equipment. The monitors will not make any hardware adjustments. We kindly ask you to equip your children with suitable material.

11. Conflicts

The parties will endeavor to amicably resolve any difficulties that may arise in the performance of the contract. If an amicable agreement could not be reached, only Swiss law would apply.
